Physician, heal thyself

Decluttering is incredibly satisfying, and when done well, it leaves you with a sense of clarity and relief.

But here’s the thing—it’s hardest to do for yourself, just like giving and following good advice. You have to make your own decisions, and no one else can do it for you (nor should they). But having an outside perspective—someone who can look into those corners you’ve long abandoned, the ones that fill you with dread every time you glance their way—can make all the difference

People often worry that if they invite me into their home, I’ll judge them. But I won’t. I’ve been there; I’ve struggled, and I still do. My kids’ bedroom is still a challenge for me.

But I’ve also seen transformation. I’m so proud of the people I’ve worked with—they’ve been brave enough to take that first step. They’ve looked inward, faced their fears, confronted their past, and chosen to be hopeful.
